History of Evoilve
In 2017 Evoilve founder, Venkat Lakkireddy, was working in the North Sea energy industry and becoming increasingly frustrated by its methods for evaluating offshore wells’ performance.
Whilst integrating two software applications into a single process, he had his “eureka” moment: there was so much room to increase efficiency, safety and integrity by improving functionality.
Fast-forward to today, and Evoilve’s trailblazing CollabWells software integrates all ISO standards and regulatory requirements for every activity within the complete well delivery process into one platform – from planning to decommissioning.

Meet the Team
DIRECTOR
Venkat Lakkireddy
Venkat combines his knowledge of IT and performance management with experience and insight into the offshore oil and gas industry. His expertise impacted upon several multinational oil and gas companies, where he applied his innovative, yet results -driven approach to well delivery processes and well software applications. He established Evoilve in 2017, with the objective to revolutionise well delivery via his innovative, cloud-based software.
ADVISOR
Malcolm Banks
With almost 40 years in the offshore energy industry in wells operations and management, Malcolm brings a huge amount of industry experience to Evoilve. Having spent several years building competency capability for bp’s global drilling discipline, before facilitating the accelerated the delivery of technology at the NZTC, he now applies his technical skillset and draws upon his industry network to assist in the development of CollabWells.
EUROPE OPERATIONS
Martin Hansen
With a background as Wells Engineer and a strong foundation in IT, Martin supports our clients with a blend of operational and digital implementation expertise to Evoilve. Having worked in the field and in corporate, he focuses on bridging domain knowledge with technology to improve workflows and drive efficiency. He now applies his skills to support the development and delivery of Evoilve’s solutions to our clients.
